Problem: Customer demand required a compressed go-to-market timeframe and a competitive local recruiting market to expand the technical team.
Solution: Aligned Global partnered with Gotuit to create its Gotuit VideoMarker Pro product for use by broadband publishers to author metadata that describes each scene within the source video, without requiring any clipping or video editing. Gotuit VideoMarker Pro works with multiple video formats and is designed to be easily used by non-video editors, taking just a fraction of the time for publishers to author metadata for their long-form video programming. Gotuit Gotuit VideoMarker Pro as a finalist in the MITX Technology awards.

Problem: Limited budget and an aggressive time line to launch the service with a major telecommunication service provider.
Solution: Aligned Global partnered with Xipto to architect, develop and deploy the Xipto platform and web property as well as integrate with the MSO's Ringback Tone platform. Xipto subscribers earn money every time their phone rings and is attractive to those who want to embrace a favorite brand, earn money or support a cause. The Xipto platform gives subscribers complete control over the brands and issues they want to endorse. The company launched the service in trial with large regional bell operation the summer of 2008.

Solution: Aligned Global partnered with Plumbb to architect, design, develop and deploy the Plumbb widget and the My Plumbb portal along with the Plumbb web site. Plumbb turns your blog into a portal by transforming a set of RSS/Atom feeds into a stream of fresh and valuable content for the blog. Plumbb is a SaaS-based widget service that embeds into your site letting readers browse through a window that opens right on your site giving your users a one stop vantage point for the information they want.
