Approach

The process of engagement with Aligned Global is very simple. You communicate your requirements and objectives to us and jointly we define the metrics of success, tailor the team of software engineers, agree on a cost-effective pricing model, and begin the effort. We partner with you from internal proposals and budgeting, through project approvals, all the way to delivery, deployment, and maintenance (including porting where required) and support.

Process Overview:

Strategic Vision. Ensure a shared vision of the project and agree on business objectives, success metrics and overall risk assessment. Once aligned, identify the team and establish a broad definition of requirements as well as overall solution design.

Design and Planning. Determine what to develop along with design concepts, specifications and system requirements. Implement plan and project backlog with initial sprint plan completed.

Iterative Development. Using an agile, iterative and incremental approach the project team develops the solution with hands-on usage across small, cross-functional teams until feature complete.

Stabilization. Strong focus on identifying, prioritizing and resolving issues to prepare for release, including final release, notes, source code and documentation.
